Our full-custom program is for those who need artwork generated and help throughout the design process. Simply reach out and we will guide you through the process from start to finish.

Yes! All of our pre-made items include the cost for printing and embroidery. Simply upload your artwork, or email it to us and you will have a proof within 24 hours.

All orders are processed and produced within 7 business days, often much sooner! If you order is over 1000 garments the lead time may be a few days longer. If you need your items for an event on a certain date feel free to shoot us an email to verify an in-hands date!

We have an in-house team who have been designing apparel for decades! We can create anything that you would like and most designs take less than 1 hour and we do NOT bill for this service. We bill design time hourly when the project is above and beyond a standard layout. Most of these projects are one or two hours max. The cost is $60.00 per hour for a full design from the ground up!

Digitizing a logo is redrawing your current artwork from the ground up as a stitch file! Even if you have a vector logo ready to go, we will need to convert it over for stitching. It isn't as simple as clicking a button and making it ready for embroidery. We have two employees who have over 70 years of digitizing experience and the files they produce are the cleanest our clients have ever seen. We do not outsource this process overseas to save money and end up with low-quality stitch files. Digitizing most logos costs right around $60.00.

Yes! It is your brand and you paid for the work to have these files created. Should you want to use them elsewhere we are happy to send you the original files!
