Our complete catalog is now live and fully available for shopping on our website! Simply browse your favorite products and check out when you're ready. After you complete your purchase, a team member will contact you the same day or by the next business day to start customizing designs and prints for your shop.
Important: All customers must create an account to be exempt from sales tax. To do this, please email your resale certificate to ginny@blacklantern.com for our records.
If sales tax was charged on your order, we will be happy to issue a full refund once we have your certificate on file.

THE QUESTIONS WE GET THE MOST...
We typically shoot for at least 12 per item/design. This means you can mix and match between styles and variants to hit that total.
We typically do not offer refunds on customized gear. We proof every item on every order.
We will offer replacements on any items that have manufacturer defects or items that were damaged in shipping.
Yes! At 48 pieces and again at 144 pieces. These are automatically applied after checkout by our team. These changes will be shown on your invoice.
All of your custom items will come with an art proof and a dedicated design team. We don't print until you sign off!
We are currently operating at a 1-2 week turnaround time on all orders. This window is from time of checkout to when it leaves our shop and is picked up by the carrier.
Yes! Most of the time we can rush production on a product. This is subject to a $75.00 fee and MOQs apply to any reorders.
Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping and these are billed separately on a case by case basis.
WE DO COVER SHIPPING COSTS ON ORDERS OVER $950
We are so sorry, but we can not drop ship orders to customers. We do not stock your custom designs as a finished product and are unable to send out one-offs directly to your customers.
Yes! Simply login to your account and view past orders and simply re-order again. We save all screens from our jobs, so we will have your artwork ready to go.
Even with reorders, we will send a proof to verify customizations, shirt and ink colors if applicable.
Yes! We can offer exclusivity for your area with ceratin conditions that apply. Please reach out to ginny@blacklantern.com for exclusivity contracts.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 7 days of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
ALL of our products go through a rigorous inspection before shipment
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.
